A lot of people have asked me this question, and this is what it is.
It first starts with identifying different career options, which map to strengths.
Out of those career options, you're going to choose the top three career options, and then update your LinkedIn profile. Based on this career option.
Create three different types of resumes, based on the three different career options identified.
Subscribe to job alerts so that you get job opportunities right through your email inbox, instead of searching for jobs every single day.
Have an Excel sheet where you track your job application process, and then you're off to the races.
That’s the whole job application process and strategy and this is what I called the job application lifecycle. So keep that in mind.
